Child Find Screenings are held as needed upon completion of initial request form.

An initial screening/questionnaire will be sent to the family for completion. Additional screening will be determined by the results of this initial screening (ASQ).
- Your child will be screened in the following areas: Speech, Language, Fine & Gross Motor Skills, Self Help Skills, Social/Emotional Skills

Following your child’s screening, you will receive an email with the outcome of the screening and recommendations. This may include further evaluation(s) or referrals to other community services.

There can be some confusion about the difference between screening and assessment in early childhood settings.
